With content in this box you can make the following meals.

Gizdodo Box; 500g Gizzard, 1 bunch Plantain, 1 bowl of Gizzard Sauce Mix

Ofada Mix: 1 bowl Ofada Pepper Mix, 500g Beef/Assorted Beef, 40g Locust Beans (Iru), 40g Crayfish and 1 bottle of Bleached Palm Oil.

Sea Food Okro: Ponmo, 5pcs Prawn, 1 Hake Fish,  1pc Deboned Smoked Fish, Chopped Okro, Blended Okro, 1 bottle Bleached Palm Oil, 1 Bowl Pepper Mix, 1 Bowl Crayfish and 1 bowl Locust Beans (iru).

Egusi Box: 200g Egusi Mix, 1kg Assorted Beef, 50g Locust Beans(Iru), 50g Crayfish, 200g Vegetable and 100g Pepper Mix

Assorted Beef Stew: 500g Assorted Beef and 1 Bowl Pepper Mix

Green Sauce: 2 bowls Green Pepper Sauce, can be used as a dip or marinade

Barbecue Wings: 500g Marinated Wings and 1 Bowl Barbecue Sauce.

Pepper soup: 1kg Assorted Beef and 1 Bowl Pepper soup broth

Jollof Sauce: 8 Bowls of Jollof Sauce
